On April 4, 2024, Tri-City Medical Center filed a data breach notice with the Maine Attorney General’s Office, after it discovered unauthorized third parties gained access to its systems.  This cyber security incident, commonly referred to as a data breach, allowed unauthorized third parties to access consumers’ personally identifiable information.  Information subject to the data breach includes, but is not limited to, consumers’ Social Security Numbers.

Tri-City Medical Center is a healthcare provider based out of Oceanside, California.  Tri-City Medical Center serves residents of Carlsbad, Oceanside and Vista, as well as the surrounding regions.  In addition to a hospital, Tri-City Medical Center operates outpatient services and orthopedic, primary care, pulmonary, oncology and urology clinics.
