Jason Wucetich is a founding partner of Wucetich & Korovilas LLP. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Stanford University and his jurisdoctor degree from the University of California, Davis. Mr. Wucetich served two years on the U.C. Davis Law Review. Mr. Wucetich began his practice at two internationally renowned law firms in Los Angeles.

Mr. Wucetich’s practice focuses on civil litigation and trial work. Mr. Wucetich has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of matters for clients that include Fortune 100 and 500 companies. He appears regularly in state and federal court and has extensive experience in general business and complex commercial litigation in the areas of trade secret, fraud, breach of contract, copyright, trademark, real estate, and breach of fiduciary duty. Mr. Wucetich has litigated consumer class actions, wage and hour class actions, and employment matters, including claims under federal and state laws for overtime, missed meal periods, and failure to reimburse business expenses. Mr. Wucetich’s practice also encompasses unfair business practice claims involving violations of California Business & Professions Code section 17200. Mr. Wucetich has served as Court approved Class Counsel on behalf of hundreds of thousands of consumers in dozens of class action cases in both state and federal court.

Mr. Wucetich has extensive, first-hand trial experience and is well trained in all aspects of civil litigation from pre-filing research and strategy through verdict. Mr. Wucetich has first-chaired five jury trials and second-chaired five jury and bench trials. In addition, he has litigated more informally thorough mediation, arbitration, and other alternative dispute resolution programs. Mr. Wucetich’s focus always remains on achieving the best result for his client in the most effective and cost efficient manner.
