This cyber security incident, commonly referred to as a data breach, allowed unauthorized third parties to access consumers’ personally identifiable information. Information subject to the data breach includes, but is not limited to, consumers’ Social Security Numbers, dates of birth, driver’s license numbers, and financial information.
